SESSION 7 - TUES 1 MAY
Today was the last day of remotely group like work, marking the day we started to edit (Also the day i became ill and missed over a week of classes!!!
Steve showed us all a demo of how to create the snatch preview, showing how to capture a single freeze frame from our projects, to then edit into a snatch effect.

Today we went over and compared two TV opening sequences. Taking them apart and pointing out the different editing styles between the two.

SESSION 2 - 23 APRIL
In todays class we began the first part of our "Snatch Introduction" project.
We created a storyboard in our groups, ilustrating whos scene would go where and what items we would use to complete the linking shots, after we did this we used photoshop to create our design sheets, showing what our character would be wearing (Attached below is mine)
After we finished doing this, we then wrote out a quick overview, just explaining who will be on when in the video.

Snatch Opening Sequence - Day 1

Trapped Poster + Analysis
On the left is my Trapped poster for our trapped project.
Its an obscure empty poster, hinting at the horror like genre whilst not really revealing what it actually is, the grainy cardboard style suggests the slight horror of containment, having a wall between you and a horrible demon!
The deep red text representing almost a blood print, the line "We are coming, Expect us" promotes an inevitable horror!
